Nega lica u toku leta / Skin care during the flight

To moze dovesti do isusenosti, dehidratacije I preosetljivosti.

Zelim vam lepo letenje.

Do sledeceg citanja,

It is a well-known fact that the lack of oxygen during the flight can cause severe dehydration of your body and skin. Add to that low humidity, cabin pressure and dry air. It can lead to skin dryness, dehydration and sensitivity. That is why a proper skin care is essential. Don’t worry, I will tell you some of my secrets that really work!

So, what is the solution? There are many, and they are equally good, but the most important thing is to drink enough water. That is the most crucial thing! But, how to drink water properly? If you take a full glass and drink it at once, you did nothing beneficial. It will run through your body and you’ll end up losing even more water. The key is to drink 3-4 sips every 15-20 minutes. That is the only way to keep yourself nicely hydrated.

What to do with face care? It demands special and more thorough care than any other part of your body, especially if it’s a long haul flight (6 hrs and more). I’d like to start with my all-time favorite product- La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water spray.

It should be in your first aid kit, trust me. If you need deeper care, always have a sheet mask (I wrote about that in my previous blog post) with you and oil rich moisturizers. But make sure that it’s good for your skin type. Never ever forger lips and hands, as they are also very important. Put lip balm and hand lotion as often as you can.

But, this will all be in vain if you don’t drink enough water. So make sure to always be hydrated.

I wish you all a beautiful flight.

Until next time,

X

Tanja
